Admission

Eligibility

Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

10+2 with Mathematics and English as subjects of examination
OR
10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central / State Governments with 50% marks in aggregate.
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.

Intake & Duration
Intake: 40
Duration: 5 yrs
Each semester‘s programme is made up of about 16 weeks of classes and related academic activities, followed by about two weeks of end-semester examinations and in the subjects of the current semesters.

10th Standard marks card/pass certificate for proof of date of birth – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
Conduct certificate from the institution last attended – Original
Eligibility Certificate issued by the Registrar, Nitte University
Migration certificate from the Board of the institution last studied (Non Karnataka students)
Physical Fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
Blood group certificate
Photographs – passport size 05, stamp size-05
Diploma students for Ist yr B. ARCH admission – Additional Documents to be produced
Diploma Marks cards of all years – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
Diploma Completion Certificate – Original + 3 attested photocopies.

Commencement of course
The course commences as per the date prescribed by Nitte University, most likely in the first week of August. The exact date will be communicated by the Institution.
